Each individual may hold only one registered account on the got55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts and permanent suspension.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any information that changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. got55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify got55 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
got55 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, and documentary proof of address, before processing withdrawals or at any other time at got55's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
All transactions on the got55 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). got55 does not process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
got55 supports the following deposit methods, subject to availability and applicable minimums: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. got55 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum threshold; (d) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit unless otherwise approved by got55 support. got55 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity. got55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, delay or refuse any withdrawal pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.

Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — in controlled studio environments. Technical malfunctions during a game session may result in that session being voided; in such circumstances, got55's decision is final.
got55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error, pricing error, or obvious mistake. Winnings generated from such bets will not be paid and, if credited, may be reclaimed from the relevant account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the got55 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the got55 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, layout, and text — is the proprietary property of got55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of got55.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, got55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
got55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
got55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk.

In the event of account closure for cause, got55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or material breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance in its entirety. Where closure is not for cause, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting got55 support. Account closure requests submitted while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
got55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, got55 will update the effective date displayed on this page. In some cases, got55 may provide additional notice via email to registered account holders. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which got55 operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, got55 shall first endeavour to resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process.
To raise a dispute, you must contact got55 support in writing, providing full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. got55 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws.
